my experience with Augie was very positive. If it wasn't for him I likely would have cancelled my refinance due to frustration. I always felt like he would make himself available to me whenever I had a question. He was professional and knowledgeable and he made working with him very pleasant. my experience with Jeff was less positive. I'm sure there are aspects of his job I, as a consumer, don't understand. I also understand I might have been difficult to work with because of my frozen credit However, his people skills need work. I never felt like he was available when I had a concern. At times I felt like his problem solving skills were severely lacking. I feel like my own frustrations with the loan process as a whole was due to Jeff's complete lack of costumer service skills, people skills, problem solving abilities, and communication. as previously mentioned Augie was fantastic. I am still a New American Funding customer after almost 20 years becuase Augie is excelent. Jeff...not so much.
