My first lender couldn’t get the job done. Sarah came in with champion confidence that she could save the deal. Not only did Sarah save the deal and get my loan approved, but she got me back $22,000 from the previous loan agreement!!! I will 100% be referring her and her team to everyone in my network for home loans. 10-star experience! It took 11 days from the day she took over, until the day I closed!!! New American funding was the best place for my mortgage loan . Mr.Tyler young was so helpful through the whole thing . He always kept me updated on everything. He answered all of my questions. The communication from Brenda about every step of the process was amazing. Furthermore with every hurdle that came up in the process she kept working forward with us to ensure we got into the home we were looking for. If funding for a program ran out, she found another, if there was a problem with financing she was there. The entire process was done thoroughly and at times when it seemed like time to give up she would find a solution and we kept moving forward until we had found the home, the loan, and everything lined up right.
