This team is fantastic. They make the stressful process of buying a home so easy. Everyone that works here is so professional and straight forward with there answers. I have not one bad thing to say about this team. I’m truly blessed to have crossed paths with them. Would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

My husband and I have worked with Luis Yero on a cash-out refinance and a no cash-out refinance for a lower rate. I can honestly say, we are THRILLED to be working with New American Funding. They are attentive to our needs and they also take the time to listen to what we want. When it is time, we will also sell our home through NAF when we are ready (maybe in a year). I will not ever go with another financial institution as long as NAF is working for us. Tara~

I had a great experience with Alex B! Being a first time home buyer Alex guided me through the process, gave me all the options so I could make the right choice, was always quick responding to any questions I had and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Alex was supportive, friendly and really made us feel like we were his #1 priority it was like working with a friend the whole time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for my first time buying a home!

All of your rep, from Noah, Alyssa, etc...was extremely helpful. With this being my 1st time home buying and dealing directly with the the buyer not going through an agent, they had made this whole process extremely easier than I ever imagined. They keep me informed on the process and updated as much as possible. I couldn't ask for a better group of people working to help me with my purchased, I am for ever grateful for everything they have done. I would without a doubt recommend them, hands down. First, Stephen Moye removed my concerns about even starting the preapproval process. He was so effective at communicating what was needed and using the technical tools of the company that the process was painless and seamless. As we moved into the home search process, Stephen stepped in where necessary to ensure that our real estate agent was communicating and following up. He was careful to direct us to properties that would qualify for NAF Cash. Indeed, he shared the NAF Cash opportunity which made our home purchase possible since we were selling our home 3000 miles away! When our offer was finally accepted on a property (we made several!), Stephen called to congratulate us. When we closed on our loan, he called again. He conveyed that he cared and we were not just a transaction. He is STELLAR and I will recommend him to everyone I know! We were making the move to be closer to our daughter and granddaughter and I told Stephen that he was responsible for reuniting our family. If I could give 110 stars, I would!
