I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Aaron Shaw our (Lending Agent) from New American Funding. From the very start to the closing date on our new home he was there every step of the way. Aaron was super knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and very professional. It could be day or night we would call, email, or text with questions, concerns and, he always responded quickly. The entire process was extremely stress free, smooth and, fast which was a huge bonus to us. I truly can't praise him enough for helping us make our dream a reality! I would highly recommend Aaron Shaw to ANYONE without hesitation!

As a Realtor of 10+ years, it is so important that I have a loan officer who can communicate quickly and efficiently with me during my client's home buying process. Jack Hanley was excellent to work with and provided prompt updates throughout my client's loan which kept the seller and the listing agent at ease and allowed us to close on time! A++!

Great experience with NAF. I've lost out on a home purchase using other another company in the past. That'll never happen again. I'm using NAF from now on and recommending them to my friends/family. NAF has great employees (especially Mari Medina) and they made the loan process very easy. Mari was incredible to work with and got us into our dream home.

Megan and Maira, were freaking awesome to work with through out the process. Any questions I had and someone called me with a quick response. The whole process was quick, easy and painless. If I had to go through this again I would want them on my team.

My husband and I worked with Jason R. and he was amazing! He made our experience so much less stressful. Reason for refinance was not favorable but needed some emergency home repairs. Tamara Eastridge our processor was very informative and was easily accessible to answer any questions we had a long the way. She made the whole refinance process fast and kept me in the loop all the way through.

Kristina and her staff were very professional and efficient regarding the process of our refinance. It was very refreshing to work with a team of true professionals. She kept us informed every step of the way and clearly explained anything that was in question. Kudos also to Mr Espinoza for his diligence in the process. I/we would recommend New American funding for your refinance needs, we're sure you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed working with Dan and Josh, they explained the process and communicated very well. Our loan got processed very quickly, so I wish we had had more time in the very beginning to go over each step to take, however they were always available to answer our questions and support us with anything we needed.
