This is our 2nd home loan with NAF. Pete was fantastic throughout the entire process including responding to texts and emails to in a timely manner. While I may have driven him crazy, he was always aware of our (my) need to make sure all was going as planned. Of course, Kathy, our loan processor was also amazing, especially when it came to an unexpected, unknown issue at the end of day on a Friday. Thanks for the great teamwork!!
