We felt that when dealing with Paul Rhee, we were talked down to. He was very condescending. Trephon however, talked to us as if we were equals and had a way of making us feel comfortable. He listened to our concerns, and explained things to us in laymen's terms. Had Trephon been the only person we were dealing with, our experience would have been a 10.

Well I just gave comments on how amazing Barbara was and will just reiterate that she was outstanding and I will recommened her to anyone that needs to buy a house. As for Mike, he was outstanding as well. He walked me through every process and explained how it all worked. This is the first house we bought and he knew that and took the time to ensure I understood what was going on. He was always avaiable and always took my calls. I cant explain how wonderful it was to have him be part of this process. I will be giving Mikes number to anyone I know that is buying a house. I do not do these written reviews quite often unless I feel they are truely warranted. This is 100% one of those times, Barbara and Mike are abolsute rockstars for NAF. They were so amazing to us during this. Thank you so much!
