Elisa had poor communicatio, we turned in paperwork on time and Elisa lied to everyone to include our realtor that the delay was our faults. the Delay caused our closing date to be be pushed out . she emailed me on Saturday night at 5 o'clock to tell me it had been pushed out and demanded paperwork she already had by Monday morning. The delay cost us extra money and we almost lost our home because the seller was mad. Elisa chose a date and did not communicate with us, the seller or realtor to negotiate a date that would work for closing . I had to ask for a support 3 times (2 times by email) before I had a supervisor contact me . His commutation was just as bad . He told me he was contacting the company that I had a judgement against me to see if they would honor the settlement amount we agreed on and missed the due date due to lack of communication from Elisa and moving the closing date. He never did not respond to my emails on if he had . Thank goodness o was proactive and did so anyways. He failed to reapond to emails on staus of loan like he promise, didn't call back us or or realtor and we were left in the darkmost dark most the time . If I was looking for a mortgage lender all over again and know what I know now , I wouldnt use your company nor will I refer or recommend anyone to your company. Kristan was amazing at communicating, friendly and very personable she was the only bright and positive experience we had with NAF. I can't thank her enough for all her help.
