Jose is fine. I have an issue with Jeff Rach and the concierge Allison who \"helped\" me set up services. First off, Jeff does not understand the urgency at hand. Ive expressed mulitple times if there is anything urgent please give me a call. Instead, he emails me. I am working during the week and am not constantly checking my emails. Hes done this twice on both urgent cases where he is requesting items from me which he said he needed ASAP. Why not give me a ring so I know to jump on it? but instead, he rather emails me and have me wondering what is going on when im not checking my emails. On the day of closing, he emailed me to have a document needed quoted from Jeff \"ASAP\". Ive been waiting all day for an update on closing day and come to find out 2 hours later I recieved an email earlier in the day while at work is fustrating. Thankfully I got the email before the bank closed so I can get the proper documents in time. If it was any later, the bank wouldve been closed and I wouldnt have been able to get my documents.
My 2nd issue is with Allison the concierge. She kept Pushing me to buy a service that I found I had benefits elsewhere multiple times. Come to find out she charged me extra when I already had the service with the seller. Also pushed me to buy warranty when my home already came with warranty. Also pushed me to get security cameras + a subscription service and when I declined, she told me it’s a no brainer and kept trying to resell me the cameras+subscriptions when I told her I am already looking into that on my own. Talked to me as if I don’t work in IT particularly the Cloud and acted as if don’t know what I’m talking about. Terrible way to sell telling the customer that this is a no brainer. Do not have this lady calling your customers again she is not a good representative for your company. I am not happy with the way she operates. Learn to understand the customer and actually listen to your customer before you make comments that you know nothing about. I get it she’s trying to sell to make commission but when the customer declines don’t make comments insinuating the customer doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Again, I work for a big IT company and get paid over 350k in total comp and to tell me it's a no brainer as if I don't know is insulting. Learn to not make comments that you know nothing about, that will help you a lot in the future. Not even sure why her position is needed, as I am setting up everything on my own already. She did NOT make it more convenient for me and I wouldve been better without her assistance. Not sure why her position is needed as I am finding out now that I already have assistance with the seller setting all this up WITH benefits. She got to me early before closing, so thats why I even engaged in the conversation. If I had known, I would decline.
