If we had known Sarah was having a personal crisis, we wouldn't have been so quick to get upset she wasn't replying to our upload of critical information. I didn't appreciate John getting onto me about disrespecting his employee and telling me if I had an issue to contact him. That's exactly what we did! We simply wanted her to reply \"received\" to our insurance docs. 3 days later we got salty and sent John an email. Once the other person got involved things went well. They did do a great job getting all the paperwork finished in short time however if I hadnt been paying attention we wouldn't have gotten our extra payment credit for a rushed inspection and the 5,100.00 credit at closing from the seller. All the extra expenses at closing \"cash to close\" were ridiculously high in my opinion and we know you'll end up selling us off to some other lender. The best part about this process was our first point of contact, give that young man a better position and a raise!!! He made us feel like we were a highly sought after kind of client. At first we felt that with John, but he did get salty with me over us making an offer on a different house because I didn't tell him prior to the offer. It was late at night, it was a last minute rush and the deal fell apart before the ink on the offer dried. Even our realtor and title company felt your team was very difficult to work with. I have 5 more adult grandchildren that are looking to buy homes within the next 2 or so years, the only reason I'd recommend you as the lender is the paperwork and docs needed weren't repetitive like our last lender. We had to provide same docs 20 times and it was terribly overwhelming. Your process of collecting the information from us gets a super sized A+++.
