About Tim Williams

A lifelong native of the Northwest, I entered the mortgage industry in 1998 as an originator and it has been my passion ever since.

I have extensive knowledge of the loan programs, secondary marketing, Underwriting and I’m very systems driven. Clear expectations and results are key to my business model. The early years in mortgage really helped shape what I envisioned the mortgage process should look like. Some of the reasons I joined New American Funding is the culture, loan process, customer first attitude and a Team oriented commitment to perfection. I have a dedicated support Team the aligns with my beliefs of thorough communication and compassion to the client every step of the loan process. It is this Team strength that has helped me reach the Presidents Council honors and provide exceptional service to my customers and referral partners. I lead by example and create an atmosphere of positivity and honesty that my clients can expect every day.

I’ve been married for 24 wonderful years and have treasured the journey of raising 3 boys with my wife. In my free time I like being on the water, doing yard work, exercising and walking our dog Bella.

Source: This dataset combines data from Public Records and MLS transactions. The data lists the number of all-cash purchases and the total number of home purchases nationwide in 2023. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
