Steve was amazing to work with. Professional, responsive, and diligent. While I understand, it was no one's fault, our appraisal took three weeks to get back to us, which made the process feel rushed at the end. Some of the documents requested and employment verification could have been done while we were waiting for the appraisal as opposed to rushing to get them in before closing. My realtor, the title company and myself had sent Claudia requested documents numerous times, yet she was still requesting them. All parties involved had to reach out directly to Steve to get things sorted, which he did. This is not the first home purchase and this time around felt very chaotic. The documents requested and verification process this time around seemed unnecessart. Also, when asked the reason for some of the requests, I was not provided an answer. The underwriting process was less than ideal and I would have much rather worked directly with Steve throughout the entire process. At times, the numerous calls and emails from different individuals made it seem like a phone scam. I was cautious of anyone calling me until I could verify they were working on our loan.

He was very responsive and communactive with all parties.
