My name is Stef Simmons and real estate is my passion. Buying and learning how to utilize mortgages has afforded me opportunities I'd have never had without capitalizing on owning properties. I have bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in finance. I am a mortgage loan enthusiast, real estate investor, bar owner, mother and wife with a strong desire to do good. In my free time I enjoy teaching my kids things, doing projects around my house, brainstorming ideas, traveling, reading, playing fetch with my dogs, wine/beer tasting and learning. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
