As a first time home buyer who had NO IDEA what she was doing or where to start or even what questions to ask Shell made EVERYTHING sooooo easy!! She was always available to take my call whenever I had questions (and I had PLENTY) and was always so patient and so kind and she never once made me feel like I asked any stupid questions (and I worry I may have asked a few!).
