Shari’s focus is on helping clients achieve their goals, whether a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned homeowner, those seeking to expand their real estate portfolio. She enjoys the puzzle-solving aspect of her work.  Shari is the expert guide, helping clients navigate the process, always looking out for their best interest now and into the future.

The foundation of her work is building trust with her clients, staying true to her word and being upfront; she wants her clients to feel confident knowing they are not alone on the journey. Buying a home can be complicated and stressful.  She minimizes sleepless nights by being available to answer all questions, walking clients through each step and being a calming force to provide confidence in her clients’ decision-making.

Shari and her team assist a wide range of clients, from VA, FHA, conventional, jumbo, down payment assistance or other specialty lending programs. Every client deserves individualized service. Shari and her team stay in constant communication, working proactively to ensure clients are comfortable with each step. Her commitment and high-level service have earned Shari recognition among her peers; including continuous placement on New American Funding’s President’s Council, an elite class of high-achieving loan officers along with several national recognitions.

Shari began her career in finance as a certified financial planner, working for over ten years. In 2004 she moved into the world of residential mortgage lending and never looked back. It is a perfect fit for her attention to detail. She is observant and analytical by nature, with a passion for helping families achieve their goals.

A self-described homebody, Shari loves spending time with her family and her dogs.
