(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Sean called me the following day after I hesitated to complete the online form to get pre-qualified for a home loan. Sean has assured me that the credit score that I have is enough to get pre-qualified even I do not have the best score that alone is exceptional, honestly I have been to many realtors but all of them says that I need to have a credit score of 700 minimum to get pre-qualified. The hard work and follow up of Sean, Serei, taylor and the rest of NAF team is super excellent. I was able to secure a home loan in about 40days and closed the deal, there were some hiccups along the way but were all addressed with the great teamwork of NAF team.
