My real estate agent was seldom included in the loop so therefore there were some issues and procedures I wasn't clear on. He was essential in explaining the details and process to me which relieved my anxiety over language in some documents. At the onset of the procedure, I was quoted several different numbers on cash to closing and only a vaugue understanding of the concessions and application of them as they pertained to the loan. If my agent, Chip White would have had the information before hand on some issues, (sometimes I had to fill him in on information) I think he could have relieved me of some anxiety and incorrect assumptions on my end. He should have been contacted simultaniously to be able to go over it with me.
I am pleased that Ms Salinas kept her word in assuring me she would obtain the most helpful financing for me AND she made it possibly that I was able to buy this property. I just feel overall, we all could have been on the same page with communication. However, I know that purchasing a house comes with it's share of difficulties and maybe I was somewhat naive with all it entailed. So having said that, thank you to everyone at NAF that I am now the happy owner of a modest little bungalow in the foothills of Manitou Springs, Co. Hopefully, my answers to this survey will not be seen as negative, I simply tried to be as honest as possible but still so appreciative of Ms Salinas and Mr Ghaddar and so many others who work behind the scenes. Thank you and I will recommend everyone on your team. Again, thank you.
