"From the first connection the communication was very clear and straight forward. I was initially moving forward with another company before I connected with Patrick. During our conversation he made things seem so simple to the point i was a little leery. I remember the process when i obtained my original mortgage and i was complicated. I had to send items in 3 or 4 times and it seems that it was not well organized. When i spoke with Patrick and Lisa it seemed as if they had confidence in what they were doing but also seemed to be informative and empathetic as to the worries and questions that i had which fostered a trusting relationship. i was impressed in the speed at which this processed happened as well. I was expecting this to take much longer but Lisa and Patrick were there every step of the way to answer any question I had. I my opinion it was a great collaboration."
