A lifelong resident of Boone County, KY, I am proud to call
this community home. I graduated from Boone County High School and went on to
earn my MBA from Thomas More University in 2004 — all while working full time.
Over the course of my career, I've worn many hats: financial advisor, college
professor, operations manager for both warehouse and manufacturing facilities,
and now Senior Loan Consultant at New American Funding, where I've spent the
past eight years guiding clients through the home financing process — from pre-approval
and purchase loans to refinancing, rate-and-term refinances,
and cash-out refinances.
My background in financial advising gives me a unique edge
in helping borrowers understand their mortgage options, whether they're
first-time homebuyers, seasoned homeowners looking to lower their interest
rate, or clients exploring FHA, VA, conventional, or jumbo loan programs.
I'm committed to delivering a smooth, transparent loan process — from application
through underwriting to closing — and to finding the right home
loan solution for every client's unique financial goals.
My commitment to community runs just as deep. I served as a
volunteer with Union EMS for eight years, rising to the rank of Captain, and
recently retired after 17 years of coaching archery at the elementary, middle
school, and high school levels. I've also been honored with the title of
Kentucky Colonel — a distinction I hold with great pride. Every role I've taken
on has shaped the perspective and dedication I bring to my clients each day.
Outside of work, I've been happily married for 30 years to
my wonderful wife, Wendy. Together, we have four sons — affectionately known as
the "4 Horsemen" — and one daughter-in-law. Our household wouldn't be
complete without Jed, our lovable Great Dane. When I'm not helping clients
achieve the dream of homeownership, you'll find me active in my church,
out hunting or fishing, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.
