Linda is ultimately professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She was able to find us good terms for rather \"niche\" loan. The whole organization was very efficient.

Prompt response to inquiries with clear understandable answers. Willing to take time to talk. Next steps were always clearly defined.

Linda was very easy to work with and communicated well. I would definitely suggest options to buyers as to alternative methods of getting documents over to the lender/processer. Everyone has a different skill set when it comes to technology. Making a stressful situation, as buying a home is, more stressful isn't a good experience. However, Linda and Julie did help tremendously.
