Jennifer was exceptional throughout the entire refinance process. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly patient as we worked through several unexpected delays. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. Overall Jennifer as always was great, Bill seemed to send requests at the end of a day which I felt caused delays. I also did not like the fact that NAF pulled tooany hard inquires. There was an issue with my cbr being frozen but even once it was unforzen there still were issues. We love NAF and maybe we are just spoiled by Jennifer's previous assistance. We will still use NAF but I felt this was not as smooth as our previous experiences. Thank you Jennifer we appreciate all you do. Craig and Pam.
