Hunter and Tammy were the best partners I have worked with in the space. Hunter is prompt, attentive and takes immediate action. He set expectations appropriately and when he told me he'd do something, he always followed through and explained the results and next steps clearly. To me and my business, that follow-through is paramount. Tammy is an absolute rock-star. She hit deadlines, is an extremely effective communicator and managed the process flawlessly. I love the fact that New American is offering a 2x monthly payment option as part of the loan package. This is super valuable to me as a customer. It was annoying that we had to keep correcting underwriting. The process was far from seamless because of underwriting and it took over 2 months to close. I would use Hunter again, but he was the best part of the experience.
