Corey Rhone has been helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals since 2001. With more than two decades of mortgage lending experience, Corey understands that every borrower’s situation is unique. He and his team are committed to providing clear communication, personalized guidance, and the information clients need to feel confident throughout the mortgage process.

As a NIFA Specialist, Corey is knowledgeable in financing options designed to help make homeownership more accessible for qualified Nebraska homebuyers. His goal is to make the financing experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible, from the initial conversation through closing.

Corey grew up on a family farm near Cozad, Nebraska, an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic and appreciation for the communities he serves. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Today, Corey lives in Lincoln with his wife, Marisa, and their three sons, Brett, Jayden, and Gage. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, traveling with his family, and cheering on the Cornhuskers.
