Austin was great at answering our questions quickly and efficiently.

Communication could have been better.

Great communication. There was an issue on the appraisal that only got brought up on closing day! We still closed that day but were delayed several hours. I don't blame Austin, I blame the underwriter.

Austin was always availble and gave my buyers everything they needed. They had a unique situation and he worked hard to make home ownership possible for their tight timeline.

Mr. Davis worked hard at assuring that our home buying experience was the best. He always kept us informed, was always available to answer any questions or concerns and worked through any problems or questions that may occured even after hours! He made the Process less stressful for us. He was always very pleasant and kind always respectful. I would recommend Mr. Austin Davis and goo his team to anyone who needs a Lender who goes all in and cares for his clients! Thank you!

Austin did a great job and locked in when we thought we might face closing delays. However, we were able to keep everything on track and clients happy after Austin ensured it all got to where it needed to be! Very appreciative!
