Mike Bertarelli

Mike helped make what I expected to be a grueling process into a very easy and straight forward one. I was actually surprised at house easy he made it. Mike was low pressure and collaborative and took time to understand our situation and needs.

Mike was extremely professional and efficiently handled everything we needed. We had a great experience.

Mike was available whenever we needed him. He explained everything we needed to know and was friendly and helpful

?Easy, promp, and professiona

Very professional, knowledgeable and communication was great throughout enitre process. Made things so easy for me!!

Mike was invaluable in the process of purchasing my new home. He advised me on the loan process from pre-approval all the way through closing--educating me on my options and working (and reworking) numbers to help me understand different scenarios. When the loan process hit a snag beyond either the seller's or my own individual situations, Mike worked with the Home Owner's Association behind the scenes to unsnarl the tangle and get the loan approved so I could buy the place I had set my heart on. I don't have enough positive words to recommend Mike highly enough!

Mike made the experience great. He answered every question I had, including some I hadn't thought to ask. When the process was slower than I had anticipated, he reassured me. When we ran into snags on the seller's side of the equation, Mike really took on the onus of figuring them out. All in all, I felt like he went above and beyond in his customer service, and I was very appreciative of his efforts.
