Dave had so much patience with getting me preapproved. He explained everything I needed to supply in full detail. He communicated with my home insurance agent. The listing agent said at settlement that the reason they picked my offer was that Dave reached out to him to assure that I was able to go to settlement without any problem. Dave showed Up at settlement and explained every paper I signed. I will recommend Dave as a loan officer!

Dave was on top of everything for me. What I was worried would be a stressful process he made it stress free. Whether it was 7am, 1pm, or 630pm Dave would get back to me within hours to answer anything I was unsure of. He worked with me when switched Real Estate agents and through a few years of the process of trying to get a house. He explained the paperwork to make it very easy when it got to closing. I look forward to working with him again if I ever need anything.
