"Carla was fantastic! I was nervous as it was my first time working with this particular big lender but they are nothing like a big lender. Carla was always available and always answering Ann questions or concerns . the biggest compliment I have to give her is our appraiser was absolutely the worst I have ever seen . because of that appraiser we couldn't get a CTC until 6:30 pm on a Friday before a Monday closing. This is a huge credit to Carla and her team . Carla on her birthday got it done her underwriter went above and beyond found the facts and paper work needed . she was able to solve the problem of a terrible appraiser . We were able to close at 4 on a Monday after getting a CTC on a Friday . I am impressed thank you to the whole team ."
