"Andrew is a great guy, he seemed a bit pushy at first. My main issue is with lost time. 75% was on me, the rest on vague requests, poor outside work (Structural engineer onsite inspector who did not do their job at all. I ended up shooting video and sending it to the Engineer after he said my foundation anchoring was not compliant when it fact it was, but the inspector did not walk, thats right he did NOTWALK inside my crawlspace and verify all of the strapping was in place. Not only did it waste over a week of time, it added stress and possibly ordering hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary anchoring that was literally installed, he just needed to look! I should absolutely get a portion of that inspection fee refunded as I did the work. My other issue relates to asking for my work history. I uploaded it numerous times. Once as requested, then was told that Andrew couldn't view it. I could clearly see it in the portal. So I did it again in another format. (While I know each and every person have access to my information, what I do not like is when there are issues like this, that Andrew or anyone else for that matter would ask me to just send it to their personal phone. If you have a secure portal, that is where ALL documents and communication should be routed through, otherwise, whats the point?) Once that was done, I was asked again from Lauren to do the same thing. Which I stated I already had, twice. SImply put, don't ask for a STATEMENT of my work history when in the end you wanted my business registration which showed the years I was self employed. If you can't take my word for my employment years, don't ask for it. Ask for the proof from the beginning, So overall, we accomplished what I needed and I am very grateful for everyone's hard work, and I absolutely thank Andrew for his work and attention. This was stressful for me. The only main reason why I refinanced with you is because Andrew was the first to call when I submitted my request online....and about a dozen others called too....Heck, I don't even think I had totally finished filling out my information online when his call came through...that was actually a little unsettling to be honest. Glad this is over, my home is safe. I will now work on repaying this loan as fast as possible. Thanks again all around. Brit Reese"
