Adriana Oropeza

Adriana was very clear and concise with details. Great communicator and very pleasant to work with. You can tell she has a great amount of experience and is able to explain complex details into simple terms.

Adriana Oropeza is absolutely amazing! She has helped me with two home purchases, most recently with the financing and closing of my home in Bakersfield in August 2026. Throughout the entire loan process, she was extremely communicative, professional, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to make everything as smooth and easy as possible. She kept me informed, answered my questions, and helped guide me through every step. Even when unexpected challenges came up, Adriana remained calm, understanding, and focused on finding solutions and keeping the loan process moving forward. She truly cares about her clients and makes you feel supported from beginning to closing. I definitely highly recommend Adriana as a loan specialist, and I look forward to working with her again on my future home-buying plans!

The confidence they gave me assurance me what I was wanting

Adriana is extremely professional. From the beginning, she kept checking in on us with updates, walking us through the process, gave us all the details we needed and more. She patiently explored all the different options, and explained each one to us so that we were able to decide which option best suited our circumstances. We highly recommend her.
