New American Funding Promotes Stacy Chevalier to Northwest Regional Vice President

New American Funding, a leading independent mortgage lender, named Stacy Chevalier northwest regional vice president to drive regional expansion, effective Sept. 1. Chevalier, (NMLS #732441), brings more than 26 years of mortgage banking, sales, and leadership experience to the role and will oversee the company's growth and sales strategy across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. She joined New American Funding as an area manager in January 2026.

“After two-and-a-half decades in mortgage banking, I’ve learned that the people and culture matter even more than the platform,” said Chevalier. “New American Funding offers a rare combination of financial strength, with more than $73 billion in servicing, scale, and entrepreneurial spirit to compete at the highest level.”

As northwest regional vice president, Chevalier will focus on expanding New American Funding’s presence throughout the region by building teams and branches, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting mortgage professionals in growing their businesses.

“My goal isn’t simply to make New American Funding bigger in the Northwest,” Chevalier continued. “It’s to build a region where great people want to be. I believe deeply in leading from a place of abundance: sharing opportunities, helping people grow, and celebrating the success of others.”

Throughout her career, Chevalier has built and led high-performing mortgage teams across the Pacific Northwest and nationally. She has extensive experience in retail mortgage banking, builder business, sales leadership, recruiting, production, and market expansion.

“Stacy’s leadership style is very aligned with the New American Funding culture,” said Tony Blodgett, executive vice president, national retail sales, West at New American Funding. “Being local to the market and knowing what really matters to loan officers in the Northwest gives her the perfect balance of leadership and knowledge that will propel this region forward.”
