Amy is the best! This was a quick closing with a few hurdles involved and she made the deal happen with ease. She's the one I can always confidently tell my clients that they're in good hands with. My clients are very happy and so am I.

Review by Josh M Henderson for Bryan Anstandig

Completed transaction on May 5, 2026

Bryan did great quickly answering questions and concise on askimg for information. He worked numbers that made sense and worked tirelessly to make it happen. No issues with the begining of the process what so ever. The problem we had was where it left Bryan's hands. Im not sure if the problems started with zo or with the team handling the processing the loan but by missing our closing time everything slipped to the right by a full day. The sellers could not close in time and had to keep things in the home longer than planned they incurred costs that they could have charged us but ate the cost since we worked with them directly on other issues. Not only that but the added stress at the end really upset me since i completed everything asked within hours. We had constant commincation stating numbers were still being worked an it would be minutes...those minutes turned into about 20 hours delaying closing. With everything moving to the right i had a personal issue with the plan of spending time with my wife, whos first time purchasing a home, was ruined because we spent that time moving and rushing last minute because someone or some team fumbled the ball at the one. Again the only reason my overall experience was not poor was because of Bryan's tireless efforts and should be commended for elevating issues out of his control to management. This poor review should not be reflecting on Bryan.

Review by Rylie Lear for Jordan Scott

Completed transaction on May 5, 2026

Working with Jordan Scott during my home purchase was truly one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, she brought a level of calm, clarity, and confidence that immediately put me at ease. Buying a home can feel overwhelming—there are so many moving parts, unfamiliar terms, and decisions that carry a lot of weight—but Jordan has a way of taking all of that and making it feel manageable, even simple. What stood out to me right away was how approachable and down-to-earth she is. I never once felt intimidated asking questions, no matter how small or repetitive they might have been. She always took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense, breaking down complicated steps into something I could fully understand. It never felt rushed or transactional—she genuinely cared that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. There were definitely moments in the process that could have easily become stressful or confusing, but Jordan never let it feel that way. She stayed organized, proactive, and always one step ahead. Any time something came up, she handled it quickly and professionally, often before I even had a chance to worry about it. That kind of reliability is priceless when you’re making such a big life decision. Another thing I really appreciated was how communicative she was. I never had to wonder what was going on or where we were in the process. She kept me updated consistently and was always just a call or text away if I needed anything. It made such a difference knowing I had someone in my corner who was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in making this a positive experience for me. Jordan also has an incredible ability to take what can feel like a very complicated, overwhelming situation and turn it into something that feels smooth and straightforward. She simplified every step without ever cutting corners, and that balance is not easy to find. It felt like she truly understood how I was feeling throughout the process and adjusted her approach to meet me where I was at. Beyond her professionalism, she’s just a genuinely kind and supportive person. You can tell she cares about her clients as people, not just transactions. That made the entire experience feel a lot more personal and meaningful. It wasn’t just about buying a house—it was about finding the right place and feeling confident in that decision, and Jordan made sure of that from start to finish. Looking back, I can honestly say that what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience ended up being smooth, positive, and even exciting—and that’s all because of her. I felt supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Jordan Scott to anyone looking to buy a home. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or have been through the process before, she brings the kind of knowledge, patience, and care that makes all the difference. I’m so grateful I had her by my side through this, and I can’t imagine going through it with anyone else.
