Overall our experience with Fairway Mortgage team was good! Ashley was very quick in providing us with updates and making sure our application was moving along. A few times we lacked clarity into the processes and additional questions that the underwriting team had. It felt like a broken telephone game a little bit. The team didn't provide us with our final CD, which was putting our closing in jeopardy.
