Pual Rhee the loan processors communication was very poor. He never introduced himself via phone call, text, or email i just started receiving request of documentation and information from him. I had to contact Nathan Cohen to verify it wasn't a spam or scammed. Every time I talked to Paul on the phone it felt very rushed, he interrupted me, and mislead me on information a couple times. We almost didn't make our closing date because Pual waited until last minute on things and then was rushed everything 2 days and the day before our closing to finally get clear to close when we had an entire month to make sure we was clear to close. He blamed the underwriters but then also told me he got us and someone else mixed up thats why the final approval got last minute. Other than him everyone else i was in contact with through NAF was helpful and i didn't have any complaints about.
