Good is what I would choose to say. Follow-up my phone call is much more personable than follow-up texting and for people of my age, texting is not very good. IAlso did not receive notice of what was occurring example.No one informed me of the closing.It was in an email that went to my spam, i frown on that because it could have easily been a phone call to let me be informed
