We dealt with them from Jan-May. We switched from Jennifer Reagan in Savannah, GA because she was rude & laughed at us. We put in a complaint to the Sr mortgage loan officer Kelley S. who was suppose to be speaking with her sup. & getting back with us at the end of April & we NEVER heard anything back. When we switched to Sonia Zin, we had about 1 mth before closing. She was too busy to look at our file until 2 weeks in, I continuously asked what else do you need & she kept saying let me check. At the last minute, they tell us there’s a judgment that has to be paid in full, that isn’t a small amt after we had already paid $7k+ of debt off.Sonia said well there’s nothing else we can do it has to be paid in full.We were with Jennifer since the end of January & it was never mentioned. Sonia had our file 3-4 wks & never mentioned it. She said she didn’t know. They dropped the ball!! The lack of customer service & caring about when you did wrong! We Recvd an apology from the Kelley, but she NEVER called or emailed after she said let me look into it to see what we can do & let me speak with Jennifers supervisor. They don’t care! Steer clear from them! IT DEFINITELY COST US OUR HOUSE!

Our rep Jeff was nice but I don’t recommend this company. Use your local bank.

1.Loan offficer need communication with client in order to client understand what happened for the process. 2.loan officer have to let the client know , that he already add the home owner insurance cost and property tax cost in to the loan amount. 3. Loan officer have to ask the client : what is the rate in the marketing now , which rate clients will get. How much client will be pay . And how much client need to by the point . In order to client understand . 3.need to answer client questions when client sign the documents. 4.treat client like their family member in order to become professional. Thanks

More confirmations, getting paperwork and tasks completed during the pre approval process rather than waiting for last minute. Needing documents that didnt matter like another spousal support declarations with paystubs and all the extra paperwork that was not needed to fund the loan.

Well she p***** off my husband. She p***** off my mother. I felt like she could’ve communicated better. She got information mixed up and I just feel like she could’ve done better at communicating. Also I don’t know if she was the one that recommended the inspection person or not but if she did, then they did a crappy job because now were having to pay for cockroaches in our house. I mean who wants cockroaches in their house no one does. So basically we have to redo everything. Which isn’t fair to us. Also, this was my first time seeing the house after closing I would have to say that it was a big disappointment to see the house not cleaned like it properly should’ve been. I should have been able to come into the house being like oh my God it’s so clean I know where I can put everything but no there is trash everywhere there’s bugs everywhere. My kids, health and safety were not tend to. I have a five month old who is premature and was in the Nicu there’s no way he could live in that kind of filth. Like when they said it was gonna be professionally cleaned like Stanley steamer should’ve been out there and doing everything they should’ve polished the floor they should have you know, made it more inviting but they didn’t and it just ruined the experience. If I go into more detail, I’m just going say things that I probably shouldn’t so I’m just going to end it here.

Wish there was more communication. But at the end of the day we got the house so grateful for that.

More timeline updates as the process took 4 months; we had to resend documents more than once.
