Brandi and Michelle Munoz called, sent email and answered my text messages after work hours making things more at ease. They provided all the different services I needed at a reasonable rate. The fees were in line and reasonable as well and they gave me the best rate with lower fees. Michelle was very friendly and often made me laugh which is good because buying a home though exciting can be stressful. This team worked hard for me and made things really smooth.

I had a great deal of difficulty with the staff on the refinance - unresponsive, confusion about dates and an issue with several of the documents at the closing. When I involved Nichole, I was able to get a response to come of my questions.
