Throughout the process we were able reach Elexia. she would send us information about the home buying process and any questions we had she was willing to answer. However, unsure who’s fault it was but there were some mishaps with the final closing numbers on the day of closing. Just that one mishap took away what was one of the most exciting days of our life. Closing was delayed hour after hour and we were on pins and needles praying to close as scheduled. After all the chaos we closed the deal.

The application and approval process was pretty much flawless. Jarrod was very helpful and gave good insight into the process. He lost 1 star from me for customer service because there were a few times during the document submission phase that I was trying to reach him for an update on the status and there was no response for days. Overall I would definitely recommend the company because they were very competitive with their rates and lender credits $$.

Communication was simple, sweet and efficient. Loan was approved and signed in a short time. Rate was locked in as requested at the rate I wanted which was the most important thing. Overall just a very good, seamless and painless process which is all you can ask for.
