It was a frustrating experience.. My appraisal was done the 23rd of August and in Movements possession. I never once heard from my processor, except for a text. I was finally told that it was because there were no conditions needed. Then when I was out of the country I get an email on 9/1 I was advised my file was CTC. Then all of a sudden there was a hang up with title and the LOA wanted a better lox for my credit. I had to send proof that the title issue was taken care of when I did my refi 6/2020. I questioned 3 or 4 times if my husband needed to sign off on title since I am in Arizona and it's a spousal state, no one knew the answer to that. I explained the first part of August I wanted to close asap. I finally had to reach out to my previous loan officer Jarred and ask him to step in and find out what the problem was. I was not able to sign my documents until September the 13th. This was frustrating considering I know Movement can do a loan in 10 days. Not sure what the hang up was however the process is over so I don't have to worry about it. I do want to say thank you so much Jared for jumping in and helping out on everything that you did.

Any type of communication and guidance. Nick was the only helpful person throughout the process with Movement, but unfortunately we barely worked with him, as we were forced to work with Evan Walkwitz and Spirit Souza. Both of them were extremely difficult to contact, and we didn’t feel supported or guided through anything. The communication was baffling and I am incredibly disappointed. Buying a home is a HUGE process, and this only made it disheartening and infuriating.

Overall the refinance with Mrs. Richman was impressively Expedient, and accurate from start to completion, however I was disappointed with the difficulty in calling, leaving voicemails and getting email responses back. I felt as if there was many other home Loans going on during my refinance process that made communication back and forth difficult.

Just the level of communication from Anthony and his team members was not very good. Felt like, at times they were not professional. Needs to work on allowing more time for things to be submitted. Many times thru the process seemed like things needed to be done ASAP, and felt pressured.

Communication is everything. When someone Is buying a house, you don't know if it's their first rodeo or not and they need to be handled with care to ensure they have the comfort level in understanding what they are being asked to sign. You shouldn't assume they know everything about the home buying process. I feel that the way things are communicated could be better. You are a knowledgeable person in your business. The loan was successful but no one was on the same page at Nations lending.
