Our refinance took several months, not sure if it was due to covid-19 or not, but when it was all done and over with our credit score dropped over 100 points due to non- payment even though he stated we were covered. We have sent multiple emails asking for explanations, but he has not given us an explanation and in the previous email (almost a month ago) he stated he was still looking into it. Now he will not return out emails. He seemed friendly and professional, but now I'm not sure.

Email replies were unclear at times and resulted in confusion. Staff was nice but did not help streamline and really help you through it.

It took longer than expected to complete process. Items were requested had to be sent several times. After signing there were several forms that needed to be completed before we could fund. wrong closing fees quoted several times.

Not having to repeat the same paperwork over again several times. Things that I did in the beginning and had paperwork for already kept coming up towards the end of the process and delaying things. I’m happy everything worked out in the end, but wish the process was presented better to me.

As the 'feet on the street' and the face to the customer, I feel that the REALTOR in the transaction needs to be in the know with the status of lender docs at the end. Especially for a lender that is not local. I didn't receive as much communication as I would have liked from the NAF team. The customer was asking me questions about cash to close and I had none of that information. Heather helped, but I think someone else from NAF knew the answers and should have communicating with me.

Heather Moss was great. She was the one I interacted with the most. I didn't like that most of my calls and texts went without being returned. It was very stressful being ignored while moving from another state.
