Clarity in the process itself. As a first time home buyer, I really didn't know what to expect nor at times what questions to ask. To be honest the biggest slip up would've been when I was informed that I didn't qualify for downpayment assistance days before closing. Granted everything worked out l, again as first time homeowner didn't know what to expect after assuming that the downpayment was taken care of. I dont know of any loan specialist so Nissa would definitely be 1st on my list. I understand things happen and I wasn't the only client. I thank you for helping my family and I find a Home

It felt like a lot of things weren't being done till the last minute, and it would have been nice to not feel as rushed at the end to make sure that things were taken care of, especially since I turned in 95% of the documentation as early as I could. It would at least have been nice to know more *why* things had taken so long in some aspects, since I am sure that Erin was working to get stuff through as smoothly as she could. I felt out of the loop on the "behind-the-scenes" stuff, which left me feeling frustrated when things came up last minute that needed to be rectified. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but I also wish that some communication had been clearer.

staying in touch was nice - everything seemed to move fast, which was nice. having more knowledge about the details of what was going on as well as the changes we made could have been better. he didn't seem to some figures at his fingertips.
