Frank was extremely helpful, and the entire transaction took less than a month. The app made it very easy to upload documents, and the overall experience was a delight. Frank answered all of my initial questions-and this being my first re-fi, there were a lot of questions. Everyone I dealt with was patient and professional, which was much appreciated, considering what their current workload must’ve been, and that my initial closing on this same house was very trying.
