It wasn't bad by any means, communication at times could have been better in regards to time of responses. I also think it was pretty ridiculous that all of the documents needed from us weren't asked for and collected all up front at once within the process. There would be days in between and sometimes far apart that another document was needed or that we had to fill out. Just seemed to prolong the process overall and was frustrating. I understand that sometimes tjats just the way it is, but I also think it can be improved.

In retrospect, It was probably not his fault as we did have a difficult client. The worst problem was having such a delay on getting the appraisal ordered for weeks & weeks. We went under contract on June 21 and closed on Sep. 30.. Sellers had long since moved out and , after several delays, had all utilities turned off. My Company & I had to pay for utilities to be turned back on since we had to go back to sellers so many times to extend closing date & they needed the money..And when Appraisal was finally ordered in Sept, there were repairs that had to be made. Sellers were upset, Sellers agent was furious and I was stressed to the max.. It was a mess. Again, not Jack's fault, but better communication would have lessened the angst.

While Lisa was amazing about providing us with information and making clear requests when she needed more information, Randy didn’t really do much once he quotes us a rate. It’s a great rate so I am happy about that but didn’t feel like he was pivotal to process. Also, I am a little annoyed that you all keep sending stuff addresses to John (my husband) when it is me who has the loan. I am the one with the full time job folks. No one at your company has even ever talked to John. Seriously sexist people.

Jodie Foster the loan processor really made this experience unprofessional and she caused my first home buying experience to be horrible. The day of closing she was asking for more money and documents we had resolved weeks and days before our closing. She was reading the documents sent or using the information attached in the emails to make the closing smooth. Jane and Matt did a good job of communicating to us and keep us in the loop.
