Michael was great! Problem was that i have cell and connectivity issues with my devices and had a hard time communicating. Also, I had a hard time understanding some of the documents that were needed. I didn’t know where to find them, it was frustrating. Michael hung in there with me and didn’t give up helping me refinance. His determination is an asset to your company yet i will say both Michael and Lateshia could better understand that not everyone is familiar with refinancing a home.

I started the re-fi process with Chris in mid November. Everything was good until it moved to Robin Heath, she was about the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. Never once did she return a phone call, and of several emails from myself and my wife she might have responded to 2. She also requested the same paperwork a number of times, finally closed in mid March. Not the kind of experience I was hoping for.

Was told wouldn't cost me anything ended up costing me 600 dollars and so many people emailing me and asking me for more information and I was told he didn't need anything else but what he asked for Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable I am happy that I refinanced my house.

The initial loan processor was not as responsive as he could have been e.g. did not return calls or answer emails. Until another loan processor was assigned my loan finally advanced. Alex was responsive as was EJ Johnson, the newly assigned loan processor they represented the company well.

Sema was great; the experience overall was unpleasant. The process overall took four months, which is unacceptable even with Covid and historically low rates. These are convenient excuses, but still unacceptable. There were times when I would go weeks without hearing from anyone, either Sema or Susan Kammack, our loan processor. There were a number of requests for identical information, or signatures for the same documents. And inaccuracies and delays were common. Sorry, very unpleasant.

Better communication and updates. I understand it takes some time but checking in would be reassuring for people who have not gone through this process before.
