Although there were some small wrinkles in the process, my team seemed to handle them easily. I will say that I would have liked to have known more about the entire process, end-to-end, as it began, rather than only know the next step. E-signing documents was easy to do. Portal made document retrieval simple. Gathering necessary documentation would have been easier with a printable checklist. And, even though second mortgages might not be the majority of your business, processes should account for this type of loan (and not just default to primary or refi mortgage).
