We had to send a lot of the same document's multiple times. I don't think this was any fault of the Loan officer, but we had our loan people changed throughout the process and the files were not transferred when that happened. We had to re send most of them. I feel as if there could be better communication between loan officer and the underwriters. As we had to give way more reasoning and elaboration of the move than we felt needed. But overall it got the job done and that's what matters.

Hi at this point, I'm realizing the correction on inspections the work was not performed, now I have to figure how to get these things done and who's responsible. Because whoever cleared the work lied.

1. Inconsistent communication with other staff after the initial application with the loan officer. 2. Timeliness during second and third stage processes. 3. Distance to documentation signing not within proximity as stated.

Over all it was a good experience it was more of during closing when we were signing all the papers and saw that the house built date was listed as 1989 but it was actually about 1998. THEN no one caught that our homeowners insurance was scheduled to start on April 7th but we were closing on April 3rd. Luckily we were able to get in touch with the insurance company and make it by the skin of our teeth BUT it was super stressful. Oversights happen but being a first time home buyer i wish it wouldn't have been as stressful as it was.
