David was awesome! He was very thorough on all information which he communicated. David was very personable and was never in a hurry. I continually made sure I understood all information, the next steps and what to expect. He also went through many different options and explained why or why not it was a good option for me. Jacqueline was very thorough as well. She continually reached out to me and made me aware of what she needed and where we were in the process. Each time we moved to another step in the process she would reach out to me. David and Jacqueline made this process very simple and were a great team. I will reach out to David anytime I have a question on something pertaning to financial decisions like this one with no hesitancy in the future. I feel he cares, wants to help and will do whatever he can to do so. It was a great experince!
