James and the staff at NAF were excellent. I'm sure most people don't say the best/easiest part of purchasing a home is the mortgage process but I can honestly say that. James kept all the interested parties (i.e. realtor, lawyer) updated, gave me weekly updates even when nothing changed, walked me through how numbers when I wasn't quite sure what all the options were and made this a great experience. Everything went smoothly and there were 0 surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage.
