After requesting paperwork over and over again and us extending our closing eight days, they still have not communicated that they had completed the transaction and that we were ready to close. I called Eric and this deal closed from beginning to end in three weeks.

Everyone I spoke with throughout this whole process was beyond amazing and helpful. Everyone was so patient with me and answered any questions I had. This is my first time buying a home so all of this was completely new to me and everyone took the time to explain everything to me and help me. I am also 7.5 months pregnant so I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to get the loan in time to move but everyone worked so hard to make this process go as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. Everyone responded text, calls, and emails very quickly and we're very nice. I could not recommend them enough!
