Sammy and Kenzy were great especially Sammy. My rating is based on the difficulty in the processing of the loan, underwriting team kept changing requirements on what they wanted on documents which greatly delayed the loan. Sammy was on top of it daily, communicated daily and quickly and was proactive in finding alternative ways to get us around the road bumps we ran into with underwriting team. Kenzy took over her portion only the loan and was also outstanding. I am grateful for Sammy in his expediency and proactive ness to get us past the issues we ran into, he made this loan which is due to a major negative life change for me, be a better experience than it could've been. He was sensitive to my situation and timelines.
