Loan processor Jocelyn was excellent, made real effort to keep me informed. Mark was at times difficult to reach Underwriter situation was difficult, they could not comprehend that I live in a county with no flood map and that was not in a flood zone and there was no way to provide that information they requested as a result I could not get FHA loan and had to move to a conventional loan. That situation exist they need to allow for unusual circumstances.
