I specialize in VA, FHA, Conventional, Bank Statement, DSCR, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans, with a passion for finding solutions when traditional lending options fall short. Whether I'm helping a first-time homebuyer, guiding a self-employed borrower, assisting a veteran, or rescuing a loan another lender couldn't close, I believe there's almost always another avenue worth exploring.
