*Better Communication- I know that for a client or a realtor, the anxiety about getting the “Bad News” phone call exists and not hearing from the loan officer intensifies that anxiety. I have an open line to communicate with my realtors and I communicate daily with my clients to keep them up to date on milestones that are hit or need to be through the loan process (Conditional Approval, Appraisal received, Clear to close, etc.)


*My phone is always on.  I realize Realtors do not keep banker’s hours and sometimes getting a hold of your loan officer can be the difference in closing a deal or not. I have the capability to prequalify a potential Homeowner even if I am out of the office. 


*I have been in the Mortgage/Insurance Business for the last 20+ years. I was a Loan Officer from 2001-2010. I then went into selling Insurance & Financial products until 2016 and been back in Mortgage’s ever since, so I know how these transactions work and how to work with Realtors and Clients when making realistic expectations and meeting the needs of both.
