Having to travel for closing made all of the last minute requests more difficult. Arrangements needed to be made with work and animal sitter, lodging, rental vehicle and it was all very difficult since there was no set closing date. There were a lot of moving pieces and unknowns. The biggest thing was everything was last minute causing a lot of stress for both parties. I wish there was a checklist of EVERYTHING that could be asked for and maybe more processors so that things aren't lost on and put out until the final stretch. There definitely had to be improvement in the piece process.

The same documents are frequently requested over and over again, which creates delays, confusion, and frustration for everyone involved.It is important to understand that mortgage banks in Puerto Rico operate differently and have their own specific processes and requirements. For this reason, it is essential to properly educate real estate brokers on how the mortgage transaction process and workflow operate so that they, in turn, can keep everyone involved in the transaction informed.Clear and coordinated communication between departments would help avoid duplicate requests, reduce delays, and allow transactions to move forward more efficiently.In our case, we would like to highlight that Nelson maintained constant communication with us throughout the process. His follow-up and willingness to keep us informed were greatly appreciated and contributed positively to our experience.
El caso no fue uno facil por lo complejo de la situacion de los vendedores, fue mucho tiempo de procesos legales y personales por parte de ellos.
