Meet LaMonica McDuffie, NMLS #1991132, a Senior Loan Consultant here at New American Funding. Her passion is helping first time homebuyers succeed at their goal of homeownership.  She also works with move up buyers, investors, and those interested in refinancing their mortgage loans. 

With the assistance of her team, they help to educate borrowers by providing them with the correct information and dismantling myths to put them in the position to purchase a home.  She advocates for her buyers & homeowners behind the scenes to get their loans to the closing table.  LaMonica would love to assist you as a homebuyer to make your dream of homeownership come true. She is always excited to work alongside realtors to assist their buyers & educate those who are not actively ready to be prepared to purchase in the future.  

LaMonica works for a mortgage bank, so mortgage loans are their specialty!  They work with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans. She also works with local down payment assistance programs.  In addition to standard loans, she also works with self-employed buyers who need alternative financing with non-QM loans such as Bank Statement Loans, DSCR, and P&L loans. LaMonica is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
