I have over 20yrs of mortgage lending experience and my expertise is in: VA, Conventional, FHA, USDA, and Jumbo home loans. I also teach the WSHFC sponsored Home Buyer Education classes, which can help with several down payment assistance programs, and for many, you do not even need to be a 1st time buyer to be eligible for some of these programs.
